About the Role

This position plays a critical role in managing the full AR cyclefrom payment posting and account reconciliation to commercial collections. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounts receivable, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure financial accuracy and timely collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts with precision
• Manage cash receipts and ensure accurate application
• Conduct commercial collections and maintain positive customer relationships
• Administer lien notices and maintain exemption certificates
• Collaborate with the credit team on account reviews and escalations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain and update customer records and statements
• Assist with billing, accounts payable, and special projects as needed
