Twining Construction Company, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Project Manager. We are a fully licensed, insured, and bonded General Construction and Site Contracting firm located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, who has built its reputation within the industry on the foundation of delivering a quality product for over forty years. We are a family-owned and operated business that has experience managing all types and sizes of General Construction & Site Work projects.

Please note : Twining Construction is willing to train for this position.

Daily Tasks :

  • Obtain submittals and cut sheets from Subcontractors and Vendors
  • Review submittals from Subcontractors and Vendors for conformance with project documents
  • Distribute submittals to the project team

    • Document Generation / Review :

  • Obtain pricing from Subcontractors and Vendors and review accuracy of pricing
  • Draft Purchase Orders, Subcontracts, and Material Exchange Requests
  • Draft Change Orders for review

    • Bid Documents :

  • Compile and complete documents required for bidding a project
  • Distribute bid documents to Subcontractors and Vendors

    • Safety :

  • Help organize monthly safety meetings
  • Distribute weekly toolbox talks
  • Provide insight into daily safety to promote safe working environments
  • Attend pre-bid meetings and document existing conditions of potential projects
  • Attend project meetings and document job progress, meeting minutes, and upcoming activities

    • Experience :

  • Microsoft Office
  • Teamwork

  • Knowledge of Specifications
  • Construction Background is a plus
  • PlanGrid is a plus
  • Procore is a plus
  • Knowledge of Plans both General Construction & Site is a plus
  • OSHA Certification is a plus
