Associate Creative Project Manager role at Cella .

Our client’s internal Creative Project Management team connects all functions and manages end-to-end workflows to ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered with excellence. The Associate Creative Project Manager works closely with Project Managers, Account Management, Creative, and Production to ensure projects move seamlessly through the system and that potential challenges are addressed early.

Location : Bentonville, Arkansas | Job Type : Contract | Compensation Range : $43 - 48 per hour

Responsibilities

• Partner with the connected Account Manager on project intake, ensuring resources are appropriately assigned and jobs are initiated in the project management system.
• Develop detailed project schedules, keeping Account, Creative, and Production teams aligned and informed of milestones, timeline shifts, and deliverable changes.
• Support the execution of creative work across media channels (digital, print) and ensure timelines reflect the nuances of each deliverable type.
• Guide projects from start to finish and serve as a go-to person for project status updates.
• Update project milestones as work progresses through the agency.
• Own and run internal status meetings and documentation to maintain clarity on weekly milestones, meetings, and deliverables.
• Identify and communicate scheduling, resourcing, or other potential challenges, and offer solutions to the Account Manager and creative team.
• Follow up with creative and production teams to ensure they have necessary information and assets to complete the job, and are meeting key timing milestones.
• Liaise with the Account Manager and partners to route work to cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, trademark) in development.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external cross-functional partners.
