It's time to try on a new responsibility-leadership.

More senior art directors are seeking our thoughtful input and offering a shared role in creative direction. More junior art directors are watching and listening closely to how we get the job done. This is one of the toughest but most satisfying stages of our careers; we're still doing lots of design / art direction plus we're testing the waters on management style and leadership presence.

About this role

Associate Creative Director (Art) must demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop big, breakthrough ideas across all mediums. They must have an in-depth knowledge in copy, art direction and design as well as take responsibility and set standards for the overall quality of the creative product.

Will be working on one of the world's most valued consumer technology brands. Will be focused on developing a strong understanding of the client's creative needs, process, and design priorities, while striving to develop new ways of working and thinking in the digital design space. Level is an integrated digital agency within Publicis Groupe, with offices spread out across the United States. The company delivers integrated marketing and product development for global brands, and strives to deliver best in class results.

Compensation Range : $105,165 - $165,485 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
