Role Responsibilities (Job Description Highlights)
Direct field crews on municipal, commercial, and land surveying projects.
Ensure accurate surveying, data collection, and deliverables per project specs.
Train crew members, manage job site logistics, and maintain field equipment.
Review field data, check for errors, and coordinate corrections.
Liaise with the engineering / design team to make sure survey data fits project plans.
What You Bring (Ideal Candidate)
10+ years of hands-on field surveying experience.
Proven leadership, crew supervision, and people management skills.
In-depth knowledge of surveying instruments (total stations, GPS, etc.) and data processing tools.
Meticulous attention to detail, with a “measure twice, cut once” work ethic.
Dependable, safety-minded, and able to thrive in field conditions.
