Position Overview :
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join the Inpatient Pediatrics unit at a premier academic medical center. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, family-centered care to pediatric patients in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Qualifications :
Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Licensure : Current New York State RN License and BLS Certification (must be current or able to recertify).Experience :Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care RN experience (within the past 2 years) in a facility of similar size and level.Strong pediatric inpatient experience is strongly preferred.Travelers considered only if experienced in hospitals of equal or greater size or trauma centers.Technical Skills : Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred.Soft Skills : Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a high-stakes, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities :
Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients, administer medications, and treatments.Monitor patient conditions, develop and implement patient care plans, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.Educate patients and families, and maintain accurate electronic health records.How
