Join us at Beyond Healthcare as a Part-Time IOP Behavioral Health Specialist where you'll be providing clinical support, advocacy, education coordination, and administrative tasks within our IOP program. This role requires a skilled and empathetic individual who is committed to promoting the well-being of our clients and ensuring a comprehensive and supportive environment.
Schedule : Monday, Tuesday, &Thursday : 3 : 00pm-7 : 30pm
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in facilitating and co-facilitating group activities.
- Serve as an advocate for clients.
- Communicate with significant supports of the client.
- Complete required agency and professional training.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards of professional practice.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three years of experience in a social service field required. Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is preferred.Experience working with adolescents in a mental health treatment program or behavioral health setting, preferably in an intensive care setting.QMHS - preferredFamiliarity facilitating behavioral health groups for adolescents preferred.Familiarity with regulatory and ethical standards in the behavioral health field.Benefits :
