What You'll Do :
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and corporate roles across the organization.Source actively and creatively using Boolean searches, social platforms, resume databases, user group events, and more.Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines-not just for open roles, but for future hiring needs across multiple disciplines.Work hand-in-hand with Business Development Directors to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.Keep candidates informed throughout the process to ensure a transparent and professional experience.Maintain accurate data in the ATS and track metrics that help improve our hiring efficiency.Participate in internal team meetings and contribute ideas that enhance our recruiting strategies.What You'll Bring :
4+ years of technical recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or hybrid).Bachelor's degree OR equivalent relevant experience.Proven ability to source and hire for complex tech roles like software engineers, DevOps, data engineers, product managers, etc.Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through to closing offers.Strong communication skills-both verbal and written-with a knack for relationship-building.A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency.A team player who's coachable, adaptable, and thrives on collaboration.Creative thinking and problem-solving ability when facing hiring challenges.Apply today!
