Job Description

Job Title : Preschool Teacher

Location : Each One Teach One Learning Center Kansas City, Missouri

Hourly Rate : $15 - $17 per hour

Job Type : Full-time / Part-time

Job Description : We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our Early Childhood Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children. You will help foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through a variety of hands-on activities, games, and learning experiences.

Responsibilities :

Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress
Observe and assess children's development and make necessary adjustments to teaching methods
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred

Experience working with young children (Preschool or daycare experience is a plus)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
