A company is looking for a Chief Pharmacy Service-Clinical Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the pharmacy Clinical Contact Center, managing budget, personnel, and operational needs
Serve as the primary liaison between the pharmacy CCC and VISN 15 leadership, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Facilitate process improvement initiatives and quality control within the pharmacy CCC
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship is required
Graduate of an ACPE accredited College or School of Pharmacy with a Pharm.D. degree
Full, current, and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in a U.S. jurisdiction
One year of experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in pharmacy management
Preferred experience in Clinical Contact Center supervisory roles
