Overview

The Public Relations Manager will develop and implement strategic public relations initiatives to elevate TP Link’s brand and drive demand creation This role will focus on building visibility, credibility and reach through both agency collaboration and building direct media relationships, content creation, storytelling and strategic outreach. The ideal candidate will have a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills to drive brand awareness, enhance the company’s public image and story, and engage key stakeholders, while effectively measuring the impact of their efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic, audience centered PR initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, engagement and loyalty across key markets.
  • Leverage user insights and feedback to craft compelling PR content, including customer stories and testimonials through media and social platforms.
  • Manage relationships with mainstream media and encourage them to produce authentic user-oriented content and expand brand visibility among target user groups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to monitor user sentiment, quickly respond, transform insights into PR actions, and optimize user experience and brand image.
  • Align and integrate PR efforts with company wide goals and cohesive storytelling, integrate cross-functional resources (marketing, sales etc.)

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field, required.
  • 3-5 years' experience managing public relations campaigns, securing media coverage, and collaborating across a diverse marketing organization in consumer electronics.
  • Manage relationships and coordinate overall strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers on Product PR (strategy, media briefings, press releases).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and PR platforms.
  • Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools to track performance and engagement.
  • Manage & track award licensing of various products.
  • Identify opportunities for media collaboration [events, exclusives, native advertising, contributed articles, etc.
  • Drive PR best practices into organization [press training, what should a good press briefing deck look like, etc.
  • Develop company relationships with targeted presses.
  • Assist with shipment of samples to reviewers.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.

    Pay Range :   $80,000 - $100,000
