SALARY
$60,000 base for associate licensure. Additional $3,000 for independently licensed candidates.
WORK-FROM-HOME DAYS!
Clinicians enjoy working from home on Fridays. They may get a second day when possible, based on client needs and productivity.
ABOUT CENTRO DE LA FAMILIA (CDLF)
We offer outpatient behavioral health services for families and individuals of all ages, including those living with serious mental illness (SMI), general mental health issues, and substance abuse issues. Outpatient services offer flexible office hours and home-based services for children and their families, public transit access, and therapy in English and Spanish.
OBJECTIVE AND POSITION SUMMARY
Under general supervision, provide direct and indirect, covered services and treatment to individual clients, coordinate with community support and stakeholders. Responsible for managing appointment schedule, assigned caseload as a clinician, conducting assessments, implementing treatment plans, facilitating out-of-office services, performing crisis services when needed. Participate in ongoing learning experiences and treatment team consultation and coordination.
Participate in a multi-disciplinary team providing high-quality treatment for clients.Manage individual caseload, meeting documentation and productivity goals.Assist clients with medication and case management services.Provide individual / family counseling as well as facilitate groups. Engage clients, their families, and their community support in treatment. Provide illness self-management education and coordinate services with referral sources and discharge planning.Meet clients where they are most comfortable, traveling into the community as appropriate (schools, homes, public locations).MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education / Background :
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited university.Licensed or associate licensure in Arizona
If license eligible, must pass the licensing exam within 9 months of hire.Prior internship, practicum, or supervised clinical experience.Bilingual English / Spanish highly preferred.Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance card, CPR and First Aid.Ability to travel into the community as needed to meet client needs.Arizona Statutes Title 32 require one to be at least 21 years of age to be licensed.Other Requirements
