Maintain accurate records using a Transportation Management System (TMS). Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Prior experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales preferred. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Knowledge of freight markets, carriers, and supply chain operations. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, TMS platforms). 100% commission-based structure. Earnings based on a percentage of gross profit per load. High-income potential with no earnings cap.
