Compensation :  Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions (monthly) + Potential Performance Bonuses

First Year earnings typically range from $55,000 - $78,000+ , depending on individual performance. Income potential grows significantly as you build your client base and reoccurring revenue. Top performances have the ability to exceed this range.

Duties

• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships  by providing exceptional service and ongoing support.
• Develop new business opportunities  through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Sell a full range of  Quadient mail automation equipment, software, and solutions  tailored to client needs.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate records in our  CRM system  and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
• Collaborate with service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
