Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates across various teams

Actively source diverse talent through multiple channels and collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions

Continuously improve recruiting processes and provide training for hiring managers to enhance interview quality

Required Qualifications

Experience in a high-growth, dynamic startup environment

Strong advocacy for diversity in hiring and building inclusive candidate pipelines

Familiarity with real estate and technology intersections

Experience in technical recruiting, particularly for engineering roles

Ability to design and facilitate training sessions for interviewers
