Job Overview
The Clinical Nurse Supervisor (Associate Clinical Manager) is responsible for managing a unit / department by implementing and maintaining specific policies, procedures, and guidelines; leading team members in providing direct patient care by demonstrating expert clinical knowledge; ensuring compliance with quality and safety initiatives and practices; and partnering with a multidisciplinary team in meeting the clinical needs of patients and families The Associate Clinical Manager also provides leadership and management to unit / department team members. Finally, the Associate Clinical Manager serves as a charge nurse by preparing schedules and assigning team members to patients; overseeing the admission, discharge, and general flow of patients; and monitoring and ordering medicines and supplies.
The Level 8 Inpatient Medical Unit is a dynamic 48-bed (soon to be expanding) general medicine unit serving a wide variety of patient populations from birth to early adulthood. We specialize clinically in the areas of digestive health, renal disorders, infectious diseases, behavioral health, endocrine and metabolic disorders, and immune deficiencies. These patient populations challenge us to exercise critical thinking, clinical decision making, and clinical judgement. You will find our team to be a passionate and intelligent interdisciplinary team of nurses, clinical assistants, behavioral health specialists, inpatient service specialists, providers, social workers, dietitians and pharmacists. We are experts in caring for medically complex and acutely ill pediatric patients in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required. Master's degree in Nursing or a directly related health care field is preferred.
Three years of clinical RN experience.
Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week) : $105,046.99 to $157,570.49
