Responsibilities and Duties
We’re a ServiceNow Consulting and Implementation (C&I) Partner building a ServiceNow Practice, and we’re looking for a visionary Senior Architect to help lead the way. This is your opportunity to shape OCT’s ServiceNow future from the ground up through designing and delivering AI-enabled, enterprise-grade solutions that streamline processes and transform results for our federal clients.
In this role, you’ll be more than a technical expert, you’ll be a strategic partner. You’ll help define our ServiceNow niche, craft our go-to-market strategy, and showcase our capabilities to clients and partners through powerful presentations and demos. Your leadership will directly influence how we grow, differentiate, and win in the market.
Day to day, you’ll guide solution design, customization, and cross-module integration ensuring every implementation is scalable, compliant, and impactful. You’ll also work closely with the Practice Director to shape our delivery model, mentor team members, and establish best practices that will fuel long-term success.
