After reviewing the day's schedule and discussing the projects ahead, you head out to your first installation site, where you expertly assess the space and collaborate with your crew to ensure everything runs smoothly. You take charge of overseeing HVAC system installs, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and mentoring your team members, sharing your invaluable knowledge along the way. As the day progresses, you find satisfaction in ensuring homes are comfortable and energy-efficient, knowing that your leadership fosters a culture of excellence.
