Law Firm PI / WC Case Manager

Winners Circle Injury Law is looking for a Case Manager with Workers Comp. experience also, to join our team at our S.

Rainbow Blvd. / I-215 office.

This person will operate as the lead on Cases that are opened in this office.  The focus of this vital role is to manage the relationship with the client by creating a positive working relationship.

The Case Manager is responsible for addressing client issues open claims and manage the car accident, property damage and client treatment.    Bi-lingual is helpful in this position The ideal candidate comes with experience in case management and Workers Compensation.

Developing new business opportunities among both existing and new clients.

Excellent cross-functional experience working with a professional demeanor and great client service, to improve the entire client experience is a critical factor in this role.  Responsibilities :

• Oversee client management – Includes developing relationships with Insurance company adjusters, clients and agreements between the two to maximize settlements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with the Winners Circle team to achieve a quick settlement while keeping clients satisfied.
• Ensure a strong relationships with clients - Facilitate the case in a timely manner and the successful delivery of a settlement according to client needs and objectives.
