Integra is currently seeking a Apartment Leasing Agent with tax credit experience facilitate the leasing process and ensure resident satisfaction within an apartment community. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities : Leasing Process : Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including conducting property tours, processing applications, and assisting with lease agreements. Customer Service : Provide superior customer service to prospective residents, addressing inquiries, and providing detailed information about the property and available units. Lead Management : Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly to schedule property tours and convert leads into leases. Lease Renewals : Assist with lease renewals by communicating with current residents, presenting renewal options, and facilitating lease extensions. Marketing : Contribute to marketing efforts by creating listing advertisements, updating online listings, and promoting property features to attract prospective residents. Resident Relations : Foster positive relationships with current residents, addressing concerns, and providing assistance as needed to ensure resident satisfaction. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including applicant information, lease agreements, and resident communication. Market Research : Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to make informed leasing decisions. Administrative Support : Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining leasing office supplies. Compliance : Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies in all leasing activities. Requirements : Fluent in Spanish & English language. Tax credit experience. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in Apartment Leasing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales abilities with a proven track record of meeting leasing goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
