Maintains Customer Services USA Intranet and Internet with content management system and SharePoint tools Manages operational tools, including the regulatory review process and opening job requests for creative services and other channel partners. Maintains content libraries and ensures usability for sales Manages and executes internal communication projects such as internal newsletter. Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields. Experience with Microsoft 365 apps a plus Experience Level : Entry-level; recent college graduates are acceptable. Ideal range is 0–3 years, including internships. Education : Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Skills (Must-Have) : Detail-oriented Strong writing proficiency Project management Communication and stakeholder collaboration Skills (Nice-to-Have) : Website / content management experience (e.g., WordPress) Familiarity with Scrovito (internal CMS tool; training provided) Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) General business acumen

Job Description :
- The MarCom Specialist assists in the development of routine marketing communication materials required to support marketing plans and programs.
- Assists with the maintenance of electronic libraries for use in routine advertising, brochures, internet and intranet development, presentations and trade shows.
- Assists in preparing routine reports and various documents to measure various sales and promotional communications effectiveness.
- Assists in coordinating routine projects, such as trade shows, awareness and demand generation campaigns.
- Assists with project tracking for the Marketing Communications department.
