6 : 45am - 7 : 15pm (Day shift) & 6 : 45pm - 7 : 15am (Overnight)

Evening, Overnight, and Weekend Shift diffs!

Job Description :

As an LPN at Cedar Hill Nursing and Rehab Center, you will be responsible for providing top-quality care to our residents. Your duties will include :

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring and recording vital signs
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Assisting with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Providing education and support to residents and their families
• Ensuring compliance with established nursing standards and regulations
