The census is 3. There is not a second nurse scheduled for the unit. The maximum number of patients is 3. There is backup from Family Birthplace staff, and travelers have a security badge with a panic button to get immediate help. There are also respiratory and IV therapists that can cover the unit. Experience Requirements : 3 years current Peds experience ADULT MS EXPERIENCE - Preferred (to Float) Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred Certification Requirements : ACLS (AHA) BLS (AHA) PALS (AHA) Must have MA license. No block scheduling. Very little time off requests will be approved and only 1 holiday will be approved.
