Position : Coffee Machine Operator

Salary : $15-18 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule : Monday to Friday, with two shifts available :

Day Shift : 6 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm

Night Shift : 6 : 00 pm to 6 : 00 am

Job Description :

We are seeking experienced coffee machine operators to join our team. As a coffee machine operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various coffee roasting and packaging machines to ensure the production of high-quality coffee products.

Responsibilities :

Machine Operation : Operate coffee roasting machines to roast coffee beans to perfection.

Quality Control : Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and consistency.

Packaging : Operate packaging machines to package roasted coffee beans or ground coffee into bags or containers.

Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.

Inventory Management : Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.

Safety Compliance : Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications :

Previous experience as a coffee machine operator or in a similar role is preferred.

Knowledge of coffee roasting and packaging processes.

Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery effectively.

Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to work day or night shifts as required.
