Revenue Assurance Specialist

A company is looking for a Revenue Assurance Specialist & Sales Operations QA.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain standardized SOPs for the sales-to-cash journey, including renewals and amendments

Implement QA processes and audit workflows to ensure compliance with SOPs and revenue recognition standards

Collaborate with Finance and AR on payment issues and support the alignment of sales data with billing requirements

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Accounts Receivable (AR)

Experience in creating SOPs or process documentation, preferably using Confluence

Familiarity with customer renewals, sales lifecycles, and SaaS metrics

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Collaborative team player comfortable working across multiple departments
