job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLead and manage multiple teams in developing high-level strategies for clients Cultivate strong relationships with media, influencers, and clients to enhance PR programs Oversee the creation of various written materials, including press releases and campaign plans Maintain direct reports, assist in goal development, and conduct performance reviews Participate in new business efforts, including identifying targets and presenting pitches Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in tech PR Proven track record of managing successful PR programs from inception to execution Strong writing skills and ability to generate diverse written materials Experience in media relations and understanding of social media engagement strategies Exceptional client management abilities and capacity to handle challenging situations Established relationships with consumer tech media and influencers Previous experience mentoring junior staff or leading teams in a PR setting Familiarity with digital marketing trends and communications metrics Creative problem-solving skills and innovative thinking in campaign development
