A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Credit Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Assist credit challenged customers in understanding mortgage qualifications and improve their credit history

Utilize credit expert reports to create action plans for customers and provide budgeting education

Track customer communications and update status reports for the Homebuyer Solutions Group

Required Qualifications

Four-year college degree (preferred)

2+ years banking experience (preferred)

Knowledge of various loan programs and credit requirements

Ability to analyze and communicate results of credit reports
