This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in Sycamore, IL. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the LTACH. Qualifications

• Skills in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and Finance management
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with executive team and other departments
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or related certification is a plus
