What You'll Be Doing

Drafting and negotiating leases, purchase agreements, and development contracts

Managing real estate transactions across office, retail, industrial, and energy sectors

Conducting due diligence, reviewing title / survey, and supporting financing deals

Collaborating across real estate, tax, land use, and corporate teams

About You

3–6 years of experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions

Leasing and acquisitions experience preferred

Admission to the California Bar required

Comfortable navigating varied deal types with high-profile clients
