Sr. Inside Sales Manager
Location : Hybrid Cincinnati, Dayton, or Versailles, OH (travel to Versailles required)

About the Role :
Were seeking a Sr. Inside Sales Manager to build and lead an Inside Sales team for a leading healthcare device company. This role will define tools, processes, and metrics, hire and manage a team of 56, and drive inside sales strategy across three divisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop SOPs, playbooks, KPIs, and dashboards for inside sales scalability.
- Recruit, hire, and coach Inside Sales Partners and Lead Development Reps.
- Implement sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, JOLT Effect) and ensure pipeline progression.
- Maintain Salesforce CRM integrity and leverage analytics for forecasting and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and GPO teams to optimize campaigns and execution.
Required Qualifications :
7+ years B2B inside sales experience; 3+ years leading a team.Proven CRM expertise (Salesforce preferred).Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or Finance.Nice to Have :
Prior experience building an Inside Sales team from the ground up.Experience in Medical, Dental, or Life Sciences industry.
