• Educate patients and their families about neurological disorders, treatment plans, and symptom management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor neurological status, vital signs, and responses to treatments.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families coping with neurological conditions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
