Salary : $18.25 / hr

We're hiring a Scale Operator for a key role in a fast-paced agricultural setting. This position is located in the barn, so applicants should be comfortable working in that environment.

What You'll Do :

  • Enter load and scale ticket data into the CSB system
  • Prepare pen cards, DOT tags, and receiving / stunning reports
  • Maintain and update Excel-based formula pricing spreadsheets
  • Support overall barn operations and production flow

What We're Looking For :

  • Previous experience with Excel required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to adapt to variable workloads and changing priorities
  • Comfortable working in a barn environment (yes, it smells like pig poo - fair warning!)

    • Schedule & Pay :

  • Hours : Approximately 6 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM , subject to change based on daily orders
  • Starting pay : $18.25 / hour
