Provides assistance to the legal staff in carrying out the corporate legal mandates by managing day to day flow of documents and information for use in handling legal matters of the corporation.
Essential Functions
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum Experience
Paralegal certificate or 2 years paralegal experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent research and writing skills.
Strong organization, human relation, oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications : Provide support in contract management, terminations and non-renewals, and legal risk assessment, with the ability to offer informed advice on contract interpretation and administration. Demonstrated adaptability and a strong capacity for quick learning.
Pay Transparency : This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay : $24.57 / hr - $56.04 / hr
Additional Details : This is a hybrid position located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a multi-level position (Associate - Sr Paralegal). The level of hire will be determined based on years of experience and therefore, compensation would be adjusted.
