To qualify for this Surgical Technologist position, you must have completed an accredited Surgical Technology program and hold current certification as a Surgical Technologist. Experience assisting in a variety of surgical procedures is required. You should be skilled in sterile technique, instrument handling, and anticipating the needs of the surgical team. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred.

Recommended experience includes strong communication skills, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
