Typical Work Hours : 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
- Processing of offline transactions through phone and email correspondence
- Setup and configuration of client accounts, authorized users, wire templates, etc.
- Troubleshooting and follow-through of customer inquires
- Acting as a liaison between back-office operations and external customers
- Accepting and assisting with inbound and outbound calls and emails from clients
- Providing support for mass communications and other marketing campaigns
- Providing support to dealing desk by handling calls, email, and order entry overflow
