Salary Range : $21.00 - $25.00

Sign-On Bonus : $5,000 Available

About the Role :

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is an essential caregiver for residents in our long-term care facility. In this position, you will provide resident-centered nursing care and assist with daily living activities under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Delivering compassionate care tailored to the physical and psychological needs of residents in accordance with their care plans.
• Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs while providing emotional support and companionship.
• Using proper techniques and equipment to help residents transfer and move safely.
• Ensuring a clean and pleasant living environment through housekeeping and laundry assistance.
• Documenting care and communicating any changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff.
