Overview
Traveling MEP Project Manager (Mechanical Construction) to oversee large-scale commercial projects throughout the Southwest. This role requires approximately 35% travel and a strong presence on project sites. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing large mechanical scopes, leading project teams, and working directly with general contractors to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
- Coordinate with GC partners, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and change orders to ensure profitability.
- Lead field and project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
7+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.Background in large commercial or industrial projects.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Willingness to travel 35% throughout the Southwest.Benefits
