Construction Superintendent (Tampa)

We're hiring a Construction Superintendent in Tampa, FL, where youll have full authority to drive commercial construction projects from the ground up managing everything from financial decisions to on-site operations. With a wide variety of exciting project types like tilt-wall warehouses, car dealerships, hospitality, and country clubs (up to $40M in size), this is a chance to hit the ground running in a company known for its incredible culture, ESOP ownership, and long-standing team loyalty.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent position include :

• 8+ years of commercial construction experience with ground-up project expertise
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Proficient with Suretrak, MS Project, or similar scheduling software
• Ability to run projects independently and make key financial and contract decisions
• Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and subcontractors
• Will manage construction schedules, safety, and site logistics from start to finish
• Must be local or willing to travel within the Greater Tampa Bay area (90-minute radius)

Salary : $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
