TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to join our team, offering an exciting opportunity to work within the federal government sector.

In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee critical programs, ensuring they align with both client objectives and governmental regulations. This is a hybrid position based in Keyport, WA.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management, outstanding leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Your contributions will involve :

  • Taking ownership of program expansion to include new contracts and programs added through business development.
  • Leveraging partnerships and existing standards to elevate the contractual.
  • Owning items included in the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) each month.
  • Owning the Quality Management Plan.
  • Managing contract phase-in and phase-out.
  • Other responsibilities / deliverables as assigned.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Direct daily operations / project management of the Business and Administrative Support Services contract.
  • Provides leadership and guidance for the Business Management Support Services personnel to achieve contract goals and objectives, addresses key risks areas, provides strategic guidance, and clears impediments to ensure high quality contractual delivery.
  • Establishes and maintains strong client partnerships with key leadership, including providing innovative and strategic thought project and process improvement leadership guidance that enable the leadership to advance their capabilities.
  • Accountable for all program operational processes, ensuring contractual obligations, reviews, approvals, and appropriate information dissemination (i.e., key personnel, travel requests, onboarding processes, timesheet reporting, invoicing, etc.) are performed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Anticipates and supports staffing needs, drives key team member recruiting and interviews, and guides team member selection.
  • Accountable for all program contract tracking mechanisms, including executed contract storage, modifications, and period of performance tracking.
  • Acts as program point of contact for the Contracting Officer(s) (KO / KS) and the Contracting Officer’s Representative(s) (COR / ACOR).
  • Maintain continuous open communication with the Contract Office Representative (COR).
  • Ensures all financial documents are produced accurately and on time.
  • Deliver updated detailed and accurate financial reports to the upon request.  Ensures conformity to contractual obligations, establishing and maintaining master plans and schedules.
  • Proactively addresses customer delivery issues with appropriately transparent customer communication and action-oriented activities through to resolution.
  • Provides leadership by example in all areas of management activities, including but not limited to personnel actions, recruiting, and ongoing team communication.
  • Minimum Requirements :

  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, information technology, or engineering.
  • Active Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain.
  • Proximity to Keyport, WA (within 10 miles)
  • Ten (10) years professional experience in Program / Project Management.  Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft applications : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally, and in writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data.
  • Able to disclose COVID-19 vaccination status and abide by contract / department’s COVID-19 guidance when accessing any facility.
  • Preferred Requirements

  • Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
  • Present or past experience with the Navy.
  • Experience working with eCRAFT system

    Background Investigation :

    This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trust worthiness.
