Legacy Community Health is looking for an experienced Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Deer Park Clinic. As the largest Federally Qualified Health Center in Southeast Texas, Legacy Community Health provides comprehensive, quality, and affordable healthcare services. Provide high-quality patient care in a Family Practice setting. Work autonomously and collaborate within a community health environment.

Completion of a program with an accredited school. Current license from the Texas Board of Nursing or Texas Physician Assistant Board. Active DEA. 2 years of paid experience. Bilingual (Spanish-speaking), preferred.
