North Carolina Licensed Title Officer

A company is looking for a Title Officer to analyze and evaluate title records for residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

Examine title search documents to determine requirements for clearing title and exceptions from coverage

Create and revise title commitments and verify title insurance rates in accordance with guidelines

Communicate with clients and office staff regarding title insurance coverage issues and ensure timely completion of title products

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of title experience

High School diploma

Title Producer's License

Able to follow company procedures and customer service expectations

Strong research and investigative skills
