POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Client Success Associate (CS Associate) assists with Engagement Solutions project planning and delivery, internal and client-facing meetings and communications, reporting and other project and program-related support tasks. The successful candidate will have experience with customer service skills, project management and marketing operations.
The CS Associate provides administrative and detail-oriented task support to Client Success Managers to ensure clients’ needs are being met throughout the program life cycle.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, management, business administration, communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Technical Skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Excellent business writing and presentation skills.
Organizational & Problem-Solving Abilities
Effective organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
Work Approach & Professionalism
Demonstrates urgency, ownership, and accountability in daily responsibilities.
