PHYSICIAN - PULMONOLOGY - ELKINS

The physician provides clinical care in an outpatient / inpatient setting. The physician will provide Pulmonary care in both our Elkins and Weston locations. Follows and directs evidence based practices established within the service line. Collaborate and coordinate the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure appropriate continuum of care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education :

• Graduate of Accredited Medical School. Board certified / Board eligible in Pulmonary Disease.

Experience / Physical Requirements :

Experience in group practice and / or hospital setting preferred.

Licensure / Certification :

The physician provides comprehensive clinical care in the inpatient and outpatient setting. Follows and directs evidenced based practices as established within the Critical Care and Pulmonary service line. Collaborates and coordinates the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care.
