ABA Supervisor

Job Description

Fraser is Minnesota’s premier provider of autism and mental health services, and we are seeking motivated licensed professionals to join our team and play a key role in supervising and overseeing small caseloads within our intensive ABA program. We are looking for professionals who are approachable, energetic, detail oriented, and adaptable, with a passion for supporting others and promoting growth.

Who We’re Looking For

We are currently hiring licensed professionals in the state of Minnesota, including :

• Licensed Mental Health Professionals (APRN, LMFT, LICSW, LPCC, LP)
• Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBA)

Ideal candidates are approachable, energetic, detail oriented, collaborative, and adaptable —with a passion for leadership and a strong commitment to person-centered care.

The starting pay range for this role is $90,000- $100,000 annually dependent on qualifications.
