Compensation : $25.00-33.00 per hour
This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends on applicants credentials.

Duties / Responsibilities :
Service company vehicles and equipment in a safe, quality, and timely mannerLubricate moving parts of friction surfaces of mechanical equipment
Perform services at scheduled intervalsInspect vehicles and equipment and report issues to the Fleet Maintenance DepartmentTravel to job sites to perform necessary mechanic services on Fleet vehicles and equipmentKeep company truck / work area clean and secureComply with federal and state vehicle requirementsComply with company and federal safety rules, policies, and proceduresMaintain and establish cooperative working relationshipsSpeak effectively with customers and employees of the companyServe as an example for other employees; foster a culture of respect, integrity, and kindnessOther duties as assignedCross-train in all facets of Fleet, preparing to fill in for anyone absent and to grow in responsibility and scope over time.The person in this role will uphold the culture of Utilitra, including relationship building with customers as well as general behavior on Utilitra or client premises or at Utilitra sponsored events.
Requirements / Qualifications :
1+ year diesel mechanic experience; electrical construction experience preferredValid driver's license and clean driving recordWill help obtain CDL
Ability to work with minimal to no supervision and perform independent tasks based upon the general directionPhysical Requirements :
Must be comfortable working outdoors in extreme temperatures and conditionsAble to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controlsCapable of bending, twisting, turning, lifting, stretching, pushing, pulling, and crouching as needed to perform the various essential functions and job duties of this roleAble to reach with hands and armsAble to stand for moderate to long periodsAble to regularly lift 40 pounds and periodically lift up to 75 poundsTravel Requirements :
