About the Role :

The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies within the real estate and rental leasing industry. This position is responsible for coordinating internal communications and collaborating closely with the marketing department to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency. The role involves managing and organizing trade shows and events to enhance company visibility and generate leads. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator develops and distributes marketing collateral across multiple channels, including print advertising, direct mail, and digital platforms, to effectively reach target audiences. Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
