Job Description

Provide leadership support and direction during primetime hours (3 p-7 p M-F; 11 a-7 p Sat / Sun) to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Partner with the store leader and department leader to develop a high-performance culture where associates are aligned to the business strategy and receive the knowledge and training needed to deliver a consistently great experience for Every Customer, Every Time.
