A company is looking for a Workday HR Administrator to support the operations of their Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Workday HCM system, including various modules
Support configuration and maintenance of business processes, security roles, and workflows in Workday
Act as the first point of contact for Workday system issues and inquiries from HR and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience administering Workday HCM in a corporate environment
Experience with Workday's compensation and performance modules
Solid understanding of HR business processes and best practices
Experience configuring and troubleshooting Workday business processes and security roles
Experience with downstream integrations between Workday and other platforms
