Customer Care Representative – Pharmacy Benefit Support-161820

Location : Remote. MUST LIVE IN PENNSYLVANIA

Pay Rate : $19.00 per hour

Schedule : Monday–Friday | Training : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM | Post-training : flexible daytime shifts (start times between 9 : 00 AM–12 : 15 PM local time)

Class Start Date : Orientation Friday, 11 / 14 | Training begins Monday, 11 / 17

Position Overview

Join our Member Operations team within the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) division as a Customer Care Representative (CCR) . In this role, you’ll assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answer questions about prescription coverage, and help make healthcare simple and understandable.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls to assist members with prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order questions.
• Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction.
• Provide accurate information and problem-solving support to resolve member issues.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all company standards.
