Responsibilities :
- Process full-cycle payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Manage payroll for an organization with 101 to 500 employees, adhering to all relevant policies and standards.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process payroll and maintain employee records.
- Verify payroll data, including hours worked, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and regulatory agencies as required.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll operations.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain payroll accuracy and integrity.
- Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and implement necessary adjustments.
- Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing.
- Expertise in handling multi-state payroll operations.
- Familiarity with payroll for organizations ranging from 101 to 500 employees.
- Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
